Could someone please explain to me the logic behind this probability formula? The formula tells you the probability of you being dealt a desired card when you hit in a game of single-deck blackjack.

This is the formula: P = 4-x/52-v (if v is not equal to ten), and P = 16-x/52-v (if v=10)

x = the number of cards shown on the table that hold the desired value

v= desired card value

Do you think that crowd sourcing the hiring process is a good idea? For example say company xyz has an open position so they go to a website and offer say $30 to whoever recommends the person they hire. Would you use a website like this?

So I currently own a media website with >3.5 million page views a day. I am going to start direct advertising soon and I need some advice. Right now my plan is to have a CPM based advertising service. I am thinking I will charge $10 per 1000 impressions for a banner ad and a 400,000 impression minimum. I am also planning on having a skyscraper on the side and charging $8 per 1000 impressions, and a smaller ad on the side with $4 per 1000 rate. One plus of advertising on my site would be the fact that the average time spent on each page (watching a video mostly so you're eyes wander) is about 3 minutes. So is this plan a good and do-able one?

So on a video on the google API website they say that users can sign into their google account on your website and upload videos to their channel. They then said that you could have a search feature in which all of the videos that were upload from your site could be searchable. How do you do this??

How I can I position an image at the bottom of a div? I want to accomplish this without using pixels, if at all possible.
