There's this girl at my school that i really like.She likes me too.She even tried starting a conversation with me several time...but i usually mess up. I dont know about what to talk to her about to keep the conversation going on........and to make things worse,im kinda a shy guy.......need SERIOUS help here.. :P

Im 18 years old.I have been going to the gym for nearly one year and have lean muscular build.I recently started running for a 3.5 k race which is next month.I run 4-5 times(30-40 mins per session) per week.I also go to the gym 3 times per week.Can i increase my endurance,speed and stamina drastically in one month for the race???
