I live in Pennsylvania (east coast - US), and live a rather ordinary life. I've been through a lot in my years, and witnessed some rather unbelievable things. Maybe some of my acquired knowledge might be helpful to others...
Can a "FRITZ! WLAN Repeater N/G" work in the US?
The AVM FRITZ! WLAN Repeater N/G is made for use in Germany, with a euro 230VAC plug. Will just a simple transformer/adapter allow it to be used in the states?
This is the most user-friendly WLAN repeater I've seen to date.
(No more reprogramming routers and getting a bricked unit!)
It amplifies 802.11a/b/g/n (2.4Ghz/5Ghz), programmed via touch screen.

I live in a mobile home, and WLAN signals are hard to get in/out, so I need a good repeater.
I realize that "any 230V can work on 120V with an adapter", be a bit more technical
... will it suffice, or does it needs internal wiring change, and if so, explain.
