Hello,

I just got a call from my 62 year old mother in Hawaii and she is having some problems at work. My mother is nearing retirement age and she feels that she is being mentally harassed by another younger coworker.

The things that are being said to her are horrible and also bullying tactics like hiding the cart she uses to move stuff around, and telling her everything is secured so she can go home when it is not secured; seems like a classic case of harassment.

They've already confronted Human Resources together but the bullying continues.

This looks to be an effort to get my mother to quit and the bait is beginning to work. She doesn't want to quit and leave one of the easier jobs she had in her life. But I think the real reason is she does not want to leave a legacy of hard work with a finale where she was ousted from her job.

My mother immigrated from the Philippines years 40 years ago. She became a citizen, and worked hard. Until 3 years ago, she has never made more than $10 an hour. She got me through college, and is helping my younger sister as well. Abhors debt and was able to pay off her 1st house and recently paid off her 2nd home.

What can I do? I don't live in Hawaii.

I am thinking of holding a 4 to 6 hour workshop on Wifi hacking that covers hacking WEP, WPA and defeating MAC filtering and hiding the SSID, would it be worth $100 USD to $200 USD per head?

I would include open source tools used in the workshop.

At the end I would provide advanced ways of protecting your network from these various forms of attack.

Please no comments on how this is illegal. I've been to several seminars that teach you about these tools.

Here's the situation

I push a lot of data within my network and I need to know if I can do this on wireless so I am trying to calculate my bandwidth needs.

Assume each WAP can do 54Mps and is connected to a 10/100 Switch. Does each host that connects to that same WAP have a complete 54Mbs link (like a switch) or a share of that 54Mbs Link (like a hub)? This would certainly come into play if I were broadcasting or multicasting traffic. Would getting more WAP's help? If I do have more WAPs how is one's wireless connection affected when they travel throughout our location?

Finally is wireless Full Duplex or Half Duplex traffic?

So just to be clear, I am installing Wireless Access Points around my place NOT a single WRT54G that has a connection to the Internet.

Before you answer yes, the more accurate question is "If I am downloading music from the Internet, how can I tell if what I am downloading is illegal or legal? How do I tell if the musician intended for the music to be openly available or not?"
