My brother was driving my car and I was sitting in the passenger seat. It was raining and he rear ended a car! He is not listed on my insurance policy! Will my insurance company still cover the damages to other car?

hiii ...i have metro PCS..mobile phone...i am having some weird problems....

1. it blinks on unexpected times....the light never used to blink before but now it keeps blinking...even if i am not using my phone...(it blinks even if my phone's battery is fully charged)

2.specific people who call me their number comes up with different names from the contact list...these are the people who i call the most....e.g i have saved my sister's phone number as jennifer but when she calls me it comes up with gill matt...thats kinda weird but its still jennifer in my contact list....and my cousin's name comes up with "cell phone CA".....whenever someone call me from my home it comes with lincoln CA....i never saved these names in my phone

4. The person i suspect had access to my phone.

5.sometimes whenever i am in conversation i feel like there is some other person on the other hand....

i have talked to my phone compant(METRO PCS)..they said they can't do anything....what should i do now...who can help me...i am not feeling comfortable taking on my phone.....

i don' t wanna change my phone number or change my phone...

i really wanna know whats going on and who is doing this......
