1 AnswerOther - Italy8 years agoDay trips from Punta Ala, Italy?
It seems many places we wanted to go are about a two hour drive from here. Are there any good day trips closer? We are here for a week and have a car.
1 AnswerOther - Italy8 years agoWhat is the best way to get from Pisa to Sorrento?
We'll be traveling through Italy and will need to go from Pisa to Sorrento. We will not have a car for that portion of the trip. Any help would be appreciated!
3 AnswersOther - Italy8 years agoI'm looking for a Crossfit gym in Rome Italy. Are there any fairly close to the "tourist area?"?
Those on the affiliate map are all on the outskirts of town. I'm looking for something more central-we will only be in town for a couple of days and I don't want to spend too much time on buses and trains going to Crossfit. Thanks!
2 AnswersOther - Italy8 years agoAre microSIM cards available in Italy?
I have an unlocked Samsung Note2 phone that uses a microSIM CARD. I am traveling to Italy and plan to purchase a sim card with an Italian carrier. I did this last year with a regular sim card with no problem. My new phone has a microSIM so I'm concerned they may not have out there. Does anyone know? Thanks.
3 AnswersOther - Italy8 years agoIs there a Crossfit in Rome?
I am traveling to Rome this summer and would like to continue my Crossfit workouts while there. I see three Crossfit affiliates in the Rome area, but all three seem pretty far from the center of time. We won't have a car. Might there be one more central? thanks.
1 AnswerRome8 years agoHas anyone been to Punta Ala, Italy? What is it like?
We have a timeshare for a week there. It was an exchange, so we've never been there. Are there any "must sees"? Cautions? Things to look forward to? Thanks!
1 AnswerOther - Italy8 years agoCan you buy Everclear at Costco in northern California?
I live in the Sacramento area and make limoncella for Christmas. It occurred to me that if Costco carried it, I could save some cash. Does anyone know?
Thanks!
2 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits9 years agoHow can I get Songbird to recognize my ipod? Again, I can't download the addon.?
Apparently it doesn't work with my (most recent) version of Songbird. I HATE ITUNES and thought this was an answer but it may not be. :(
1 AnswerMusic & Music Players9 years agoHow can I remove duplicate songs in Songbird?
There are several add ons but none will download and/or install.
2 AnswersSoftware9 years agoHow can I batch convert m4ps from itunes into another file format?
I don't like itunes. I am trying to use another music managing program, but some of my older itunes are in that old protected format. I know can burn them to a CD and import them into the new program that way but am wondering if there is a faster way to do it--there are a few hundred.
Thanks.

I have the first generation Samsung Vibrant now but could be persuaded to go HTC if it is better.
4 AnswersCell Phones & Plans9 years agoWill Paypal refund my money?
I ordered some Ugg boots from a nonebay website and paid from Paypal (the money came from my bank account, not a credit card unfortunately). I received the boots but they are clearly counterfeits and they shipped directly from China. They were $99 and the entire website was a fake of the UGG website. They claim to be a Paypal Verified seller (I think Paypal lists them as verified-nonUS).
According to Paypal, this is basis to file a dispute, which I did.. If they ignore it and let's say...close their bank account, will Paypal refund me the money I'm out?
1 AnswerYahoo Shopping10 years agoCan I get a refund from Paypal?
I bought what I am now certain are counterfeit Ugg boots from an online merchant. I paid with Paypal. It was NOT an ebay purchase. If these arrive and I'm correct (or if they don't, which at this point seems more likely), do I have any ability to get my money back? I hear these counterfeiters close their Paypal accounts once people are on to them. If that happens do I have any recourse from Paypal? Their site isn't clear on this. Thanks.
1 AnswerYahoo Shopping10 years agoI'm looking for an oceanfront unit on Oahu.?
There are three adults. We can't break the bank. We don't want to be in the touristy areas. Ideas? Thanks!
3 AnswersHonolulu10 years agoI'm short six units to transfer to a four year college. Does anyone know of good online courses for this?
Preferably, I would like courses with a "rolling start" or a winter intersession so I could do it between our semesters here. I've found a few but they're about $700 here in California. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!
1 AnswerHigher Education (University +)10 years ago1988 Volvo 240 won't pass smog. Help! VERY HIGH NOx!?
I posted this earlier this week and got some great suggestions but some people wanted more information.
We have replaced the catalytic converter, the thermostat, oil trap, O2 sensor, spark plugs...looked for vacuum leaks...argh!
Numbers as follows:
15mph: Co2 11.6; O2 1.6; HC 19; CO 0.01; NO 3686
25 mph Co2 13.5; O2 1.6; HC 32; CO 0.00; NO 3653
After doing ALL of the above work, the NOx is still about 2800--needs to be around 600. All the other numbers are good. It does not have an egr valve. My mechanic is going out of his mind and so am I. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!.
3 AnswersVolvo10 years ago1988 Volvo 240 with (very) high NOx. Help!?
I have a 1988 Volvo 240 wagon which has just failed California smog test as a gross polluter We've replaced the catalytic converter, O2 sensor, thermostat and have inspected it for vacuum leaks. The NOx reading is still over 3,000.
Anyone know much about these cars? They're usually pretty simple and I've never had one fail a smog test before.
Thanks!
