Laptop Backlight issues?
Ok so I should explain.. I..uhh.. accidentally broke my Laptop's LCD a while ago and then had to get a new one. The guy over there said that he can completely open up my laptop and clean its insides. I agreed. Now the new LCD works....but its backlight turns off again and again. It comes back on after i close the lid and open it again but then it goes off again after EXACTLY the same time as it was off for. The maximum time it stays on is 4-5 min i.e. If The backlight stays off for lets say 10+ minutes then when I close the lid and open it again the light will only came back on for 4 min. now I know that the new LCD could be faulty but COULD it be the issue of the Inverter Board instead?? is there any way to confirm this without changing them one by one??
