A good while ago I visited lebanon, my friend took me to a fast food type restaurant and I was given an awesome dish which consisted of hot dogs with ketchup and mayonnaise folded into a soft, light, doughy bread , which was then baked for a few minutes, I'm not in contact with my friend and have nobody else took ask. Any ideas as I would love to try and make it myself. The bread was not paper thin and slightly sweet.

ive found out this morning that my hubby has had serious feelings for someone he used to work with, and has been trying to sort out his dilemma by speaking to an old friend that he used to fancy years ago. its a long story but he used to mention her to me every day to the point where i would switch off. he even bought her gifts. i feel so stupid, he would get really angry if i ever spoke up about it. but i found the evidence this morning. he did/does have feelings for her. he doesnt talk about her anymore, i found old texts, aswell, mildly suggestive ones. i dont know what the **** to do, it feels like my world has just stopped spinning. any advice would be great. weve been together 8 years, married for 4.

im not usually one to ask, but im so lost at this moment, i could do with a listening ear. I met my husband in 2004, married in 2008. He's lovely, he'd give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He left his facebook looged on then went out and because i dont trust anyone on this planet, i started reading his messages, all were innocent except one to an old friend. I remember this old friend and i didnt much like her, i thought he fancied her. he had been speaking with her just at the beginning of the year regarding a girl at work. he has feelings for this girl. He used the phrase ' its like when we were texting and phoning one another before we got too close then backed off' so had fancied this girl from years ago and he was in a dilemma with this other girl at work. I know people cant help their feelings and he says he hasnt heard from her because he doesnt work there anymore. He said to me once that people at work were accusing him and this girl of having an affair. he said that to me. and it broke my heart, we are planning to have a family soon, but i dont know what i should do. i have a social phobia so im not as much fun as i was when we first met. should i confront him? should i keep quiet and just hope that we can be happy? im really struggling, he was tempted to throw away 8 years and now im thinking about it too, not because he has had feelings for another girl but because i cant see him being happy with me. we have ups and downs like most folk. he had alot in common with this girl, maybe i should let him go?

i work in a care home and am on my feet for around 10 hours a day in all which by then sometimes im physically limping. ive read into the plantar fasciitis which causes the heel pain and my having to hobble around the house each morning when i first get out of bed. i know this is common so i'd like to know what folks with the same trouble might recommend in terms of footwear. i currently wear either reikers which ive had to stop using because they are too small for long term use, and crocs which are nice and airy but not helping the pain.

I'm trying to watch bbc i player through my xbox 360 which is using wifi but it seems to run a programme without interruption for a few mins then it will buffer then play for 10 seconds then buffer etc. I have spoken to my broadband provider and i am getting 6400kbps which iam told is more than expected for my area. Any ideas or solutions?

p.s pausing to let the programme buffer doesnt work.

it for myself, i'd like to learn to play, i cant decide to go for a package online, or get an electric one. Can anyone tell me about the makers and quality etc?

i and 3 others spent about a week ripping out old dead gorse and broom bushes off our cliff face but now the younger plants are flourishing and a dont want to do it all again! how can i get rid of these 2 plants for good?

please help!!! i would like to plant cotoneaster in its place as the cliff face is quite large

they are evergreen ones. the trees themselves were cut down a couple of summers ago and ive poured on stuff to kill them off. but they are still very much in the way so i was thinking of just digging round them and maybe tying each one up to my offroader and just hauling them out the ground which could be fun!

any more suggestions as i know this will be difficult aswell..

How can get rid of nesting crows and deter them from coming back every year. The din wakes us up so early and drowns out all the smaller birds in the forest. They never shut up1 they just caw continuously all day, I dont have ashotgun licence but am seriously considering it.

I have the chance to get new wedding bands for me and hubby. My one feels too chunky even though its really not, and im struggling to find a dainty design with no jewels on it, im in the uk so would prefer to buy from the uk but still welcome designs from all over as i might need to get custom made....any ideas?

A friend of my uncles visited one day and i was so rude i kept having to tear my eyes away from his as they were like glacier white/blue!. I asked my uncle what was up and he just said its a disease, i didnt know the guy enought to ask myself. any ideas? I know its not cataracts as they affect the pupil and make it cloudy, this mans pupils were black and the IRIS was white/glacier, and the ring outside was black which is normal, It looked very cool but a bit creepy.

They were like this colour, i know its an animal but thats the closest i can get example wise:
