new starters in the supermarket where l work are put on 'lockdown' for a month which means they can only serve fags etc if they call a supervisor who puts their authorisation code into the till on several occasions this week l have been made aware of supervisors who have written down their codes so that they dont get the hassle of having to keep going to the till. the new startter is a lad of 18 and this is so so wrong but it is management also who are passing their number what can l do if l say anything in store nothing will be done.

My neighbours are infested with bedbugs for the 2nd time this year all their bedroom furniture is on the front lawn. Can they find their way into my house l have cats who frequent their garden. I can't get a straight answer from pest control. It will be two weeks before they have it treated,

I split up with my ex 8 years ago stunned to find he working for Geoamey security escorting prisoners he has convictions for cheque fraud he wrote a letter to me admitting raping me whist on drugs and beating his kids. I have 5 cats and am having a war with fleas, tried frontline, bathing them , diatomeacous earth, hoovering 3 times a day changing bedding and washing on 90 degrees daily , electric flea traps the yard has been treated and still one of the cats is infested - oh flea collars as well and washing the hoover out daily so none escape back into the house.l am now going to try the lemon spray tommorrow (solution is being left overnight) followed by garlic in the catfood. Has anyone got any ideas that l havent thought of. I also spray the rooms with fly spray as suggested to stun the fleas before l hoover.

I got paid friday paid all my bills online then went into town to check my balance SHOCK!! £400 gone rang the bank they told me that from 8.45 am to 9.00 am different treansactions went through £75.00, 3x £25.00 and many more this didn't flag up at the bank!! . This left me on Friday with no money to buy food or pay for gas/electric etc. The banks attitude was "not our problem, can't do anything till the payments show up on statement" they wouldn't even cancel the card so basically calling me a liar. I was so upset then l had an idea my husband has a single account with the same bank and through a loop hole it enabled me to transefer ALL my money even the money pending for bills and fraud to his account. Without doing this l would have been in deep trouble this weekend with 5 children to feed. The banks attitude stinks

My son who is 19 and doesn't live at home broke into my house when l was out and stole some items one of which was a playstation 3 which belonged to my 7 year old twins, he did it becasue he "wanted one" l was so upset , stunned and shocked when l realised it was him. I phoned the police and reported him. They seized the playstation from his house and he is waiting to be questioned over it , today l think. I would do it again he broke the law and l believe he should pay the price. The trouble is that all my family have disowned me! my mother refuses to speak to me and all my family apart from one brother have cut me out. My dad will speak if l call him but its short and sweet. The worst thing as far as l'm concerned is that my mother went out that day and bought my son a brand new playstation that was his reward for robbing me!!!!!!!! I am so angry but l'm keeping my mouth shut so l don't make the rift worse. My question is how do l fix this ? is it worth fixing or should l let them get on with it?

I'm n the uk on a council estate. My neighbours who are rough to say the least have moved their relations 4 in all into a tent in their back garden their are 4 men age between 25 to 60. They are all foul mouth, do drugs and don't work, my family including 6 year old twins havent been able to use our back garden in 6 weeks. My children can't play out front as we live on a main road. Been keeping a diary and have phoned council 8 times. Their is now a 12 inch knife sticking out the bottom of the tent. Council assured me they would be removed by end of last week but they are still there. My family feel like we are living in a prison. I am considering withholding the rent but keeping it in an account any advice please please. I am suffering palpitations with the stress of it all. We are going to have to cancel our holiday as we don't feel safe leaving the house empty

My partner is going to florida for a week at the end of April, his villa, car, and golf are all paid for how much spending money do you think he will need.

It will basically be for food,petrol (they will only be around the same area as its a golfing trip) and a few nights out with the lads as their are four of them going.

My 15 year old has had a chest infection since oct 15th he has had 3 lots of anti biltics but none have touched it, he is up all night coughing and being sick. Can't go into the full story it would take to long but basically my uncle who is mad since his wife left him after 30 years is writing on scribd about my family making up terrible rubbish he says that l say he fathered my child. He says my brother broke into his home. He says my mum got pregnant at school i complained to the sight which is based in LA . They are looking at it meanwhile he is writing more crap every day. Someone please answer this because l am so curious. We went to gullivers land in milton keynes the other day and saw loads of people dressed very differently to everybody else. We couldn't decide what community they were from.

The women all wore black skirts and jackets with flat shoes and black tights. All had pudding bowl type haircuts and had black hair.

The girls were the same apart from they wore skirts brown or black with either plain or stripe shirts or jumpers.

The boys had a haircut which was shaved apart from two long "pig tails" growing each side. Same clothes as girls dark trousers and plain or striped shirts. Men had black coats and trousers with black hats and long beards.

What are the symptoms of a diabectic hypo mild or moderate? how would a diabectic know he was having a hypo and not just feeling unwell. Could he afford to ignore it and take the chance it wasn't.

I am trying to make a settlement with my employer regarding discrimination. I owe iva £10,000 will they accept that as full and through payment or can they increase the ammount as per the original debt which was £70,000 and l only had to repay iva £30,000

My bloke has made a claim to the employment tribunal for disiblity discrimination. If he settles through acas does he have to pay tax on any settlement he accepts. Also does anyone have any idea of howe long it could take if you settle with acas

To cut a long story short, my fella hada hypo in a shop he is a diabectic he needed a sandwich, tills wouldn't work so manager told him to take a sandwich and he would pay for it(which he did) he and my fella both suspended for theft of said sandwich. The manager has resigned in disgust. My fella still suspended, a week and a half ago at the investigation my fella handed in a grieveance on the grounds of the company failing to drop it after they found out the full facts and that the manager had made a reasonable adjustment as laid out by the disibilty discrimination act. We have heard nothing since. He can't resign and do the constructive dismissal thing as he is due a £7000 bonus on payday this thursday and is worried they won't pay it. He is on sleeping tablets and has since heard that all supervisors in his base store are being questioned about whether he has ever been seen stealing. His unblemished career is in ruins. I think they are stalling because they know he only has 3 months to put in a case to a tribunal. His manager has already started down that road for constructive dismissal. Should he start proceedings now does anyone think? or hang in. Thye havent even acknowledged his greivance. He has been suspended three weeks next tuesday. HELP!
