i recently lost quite alot of weight but i havent been able to lose leg weight

some one help me! some excersises that will slim my legs up and wont take that long for the result to be visible. thanks :) i dont own a bike and i cant use weights as it stops your bones from growing. any help but nothing stupid. thanks again x

I have an older sister and i really enjoy it. At the moment she has 3 boys and a girl. would you feel left out if you were her daughter and didnt have a sister or would you just love your brothers and not really care.
