Hi all thanks for considering helping me, my Iphone 6's screen broke and because of that it typed a passcode wrong so many times its disabled I want to back it up so I can put my data on a new phone. Apple Support and Itunes don't help as it wont update so the only option is to wipe it. I've downloaded some third party software but my computer only recognises that the iphone is connected when it is in DFU or Recovery mode each software requires it to go back to "normal" mode before it can backup without itunes so I'm really desperate my last backup was 6 months ago does anyone know of a way to backup an iphone in recovery/DFU mode (without leaving said mode) or force the computer to recognise that the iphone is connected so I can use tenorshare or dr.fone to retrieve my data. I have tried restarting, a new cable so my only option seems to be going to a data retrivial place which is incredibly expensive please help me :)

OK so my Sims 3 game which I have just installed Supernatural on I will be playing and then after I get to a good point like my Sims are doing well and there skills are high it will freeze and I have to get out of the game and go back in and then it will unfreeze and then after a while it will freeze again and just now my Sim just vanished like he still had an icon but it was just green with no picture and when I selected it you could see the plum bob but the sim was invisible and could still do things but you can't see it please help ill give a high rating for the best answer! HELLLP!
