  • Air Force, push ups and other random questions that kinda go along (Need Serious Help)?

Ok, I'm sure people are tired of this question, so I apologize if I'm the millionth one to ask it. I just joined the Air Force, I know military heads, huh huh, the chair force, except I want to be a PJ. My running is fine, could work on my swimming, but honestly my worst things are my push ups and pull ups. I don't know, If I'm not resting enough, not eating the proper diet or just plain jane doing the whole thing wrong. So here is like an eight part question. One, what can I do to boost my amount of push ups, I can only do around 35 right now in a minute, but I've been working out for about 3 months now without an increase in number, but a clear increase in muscle. Same for Pull ups. I'm 6'3, 203lbs, what should my diet look like? What can I do to fully prepare myself for PJ school, if I'm even bad *** enough to pass the test? Last but not least, is whey milk, or other protein products recommended, and would they fail me in a drug test, no I'm not talking steroids, worst case scenario, creatine, but more like Whey Milk. Sorry for the leven more appreong assedness of this. Much help is needed and much more appreciated.
