I recently updated my iPod touch to the ios4 software and now it has changed the function of my home button, previously it would bring up my music when double tapped whereas now it brings up a little task bar with recently used applications, is it possible for me to change the settings back so that my music will be displayed rather than the task bar as I find the music more appropriate for my use of the iPod, I have tried to change it through settings but I am unable to find the settings of the home button because of the new software update.

I know this is going to sound like im mental but i really need to throw up,im not bulemic i just need tp throw up, im ill and i know i'd feel a lot better if i could throw up so does anybody know of any ways to provoke sickness without sticking my fingers down my throat?

Yeah i know it sounds really weird and pathetic but i hate talking on the phone...

My boyfriend wants me to ring him up but whenever i ring him i hang up as soon as he answers and when he rings me i get to nervous to answer... I know it's a bit weird but how can i make sure i can talk to him on the phone without being nervous
