Condition on numbers in span?
A = (1 0 2 = [a1,a2,a3]
1 1 3
0 1 1 )
Find a condition on the numbers u,v and w such that [ u, v, w ] is in the span of {a1,a2,a3}. Note that [u, v, w] goes vertically, with u at the top and w at the bottom.
Express the condition in the form; au + bv + cw = d.
How do I do this, with a brief explanation for each step.
1 AnswerMathematics8 years agoIntegration of fractions?
I have the indefinite integral of ( 4 / (4-x)(4+x) )
How do I solve this? I tried simplifying it and substituting, which gave me;
integral of f(g(x)), where f(x) = x^-1 and g(x) = 16 - x^2, but I'm not sure what to do next.
Anyway, what I'm asking is; how do I solve this integral, and if possible, is there a general method or rule I can use to integrate f(g(x)) when g(x) does not give a constant?
Thanks

1 AnswerMathematics1 decade agoMy Computer Freezes When I start it up?
Hi,
When i Boot my computer up, after about a minute it will freeze. This happens on the login screen and the desktop and the mouse doesn't lock up. So I restart my computer and it will work normally, but if i restart it again or shut it down again it will freeze again. This happens in a consistent cycle of freezing and working. None of my anti virus programs find anything (McAfee, CounterSpy, Avast, Malawarebytes). I have also checked my registry with scanReg and RegCure to no avail.
I tried formatting my drive but after about a week the problem started again.
I am running Windows XP pro SP3 with Intel x2 2.2ghz and an N-videa 8600GT. I have all latest drivers for all hardware installed (I have checked all compatibilty and for hardware problems in device manager).
Thanks
