I am currently trying to lose a bit of weight but i'm struggling on what to eat for my meals, i need idea's that are healthy but are also not too hard (i'm not the best cook) and don't cost a lot of money either, any idea's?

I want a flatter stomach, i m eliminating snacking between meals (i don t eat that much for meals) and i only drink water and maybe one cup of coffee.

What else can i do to get a flatter stomach? (I m only a beginner so bare that in mind - i don t want to end up hurting myself)

By new i mean this year/last year none of the old one's as i've watched lot's, i love romantic comedies and i especially love just romantic drama's (preferably the one's where the lead actor/actress arn't just pressing their lips together) i'm also not opposed to any that contain anything sexual (those are usually the more real drama's) I also love to school type kind of drama's. If there's any really good drama's like Boys over flowers, Why why love, Devil beside you, Autumn's Concerto, Koizora, No such thing as nice guys, Last Cinerella etc.

I obviously can't write in Japanese so i can't search for the song using Japanese writing, the song is by a Japanese singer but the song's in english, if there is a instrumental then it's probably somewhere online and i'm hoping someone who is/speaks Japanese can find it for me!

I unfortunetly cannot read/write in chinese, i can't find it by using the english title/singer, so can anyone who's chinese/read/write chinese help me find an instrumental, i'm pretty sure there is an instrumental but its on a chinese website, if you could please get it for me and email it to me i would appreciate it sooo much, as i really want to do a cover of this song :)

now this song is on the korean drama heartstrings, but i was wondering if in fact it was a full song, but someone else that they may have just used it for the drama? does anyone know, if it wasnt sang by someone else and made for the drama its just a little wierd that it's not a full song?
