got a DWI, in their car although not legally responsible, do you think your "best" friend should offer to help with some of the expenses or just say "You said you were OK to drive" not my fault? And then, if your wife tried to contact that same individual and they ignored her, is that ok too?

Who should say their sorry? Who should offer to help out? And, how do you continue the friendship afterwards?

ed not an alcoholic. had 2 beers driving a drunk friend home in his own car and got followed for half a mile and then got pulled over tested in field with a pass fail breathlyzer and then got arrested. Didn't take test in police dept. thought they were doing something wrong cause I already took a breathilyzer test. Is there anyway out of this or a way to mitigate it. Wasn't even driving my car. no record of any kind always been a safe driver..

I can't get over the feeling that I read this before but I never have. Is there another story like this? I even know what is going to happen. It's driving me crazy, anyone know why?

When Rudy Giuliani wanted to stay mayor after 911 and run for a third term, Mayor Bloomberg was outspokenly against it saying the rules had to be changed by a vote of the people. Yet when he wanted to run there was no vote, no referendum by the people, he and the city council decided that this would happen. They all got a third run. I think it is fascism in New York. No one can run against this rich billionaire with all his power and influence. He wants to maintain control over the school system as well. Many parents and teachers are against this and yet Bloomberg can buy all the news media over to his side. Everyone is influenced and controlled by him and nothing gets into the news against him. My daughter's boyfriend broke up with her 3 weeks ago and I've been crying ever since. She's OK. Why can't I accept the reality of it? He was in my house 24/7 for 2 years, seemed really dedicated to her and then suddenly broke up with her over a text message and now won't even talk to her. She didn't do anything to him. Why am I so hurt? I have other problems as well but this is what hurts me and saddens me the most. I loved him like a son.
