I want a high quality trimmer (or at least something better than the phillips norelco base model $15 one). My beard is small of length (basically a stubble beard) and I was hoping which shaver would be best for maintaining a stubble beard, also I want to experiment with a goatee, so I want the shaver to also be good for goatees. Is this a good workout routine? Or should I improve it (any recommendations). I want to mainly get leaner (im slim but I don't have 6 pack abs or anything and I want to lose some more stomach fat) and also want to build my upper body a bit at the same time.

I usually do one upper body day (biceps and triceps) and one lower body day (legs and abs) and then like 3-4 days of cardio (2 miles or so each). I alternate the 2 work out days with cardio days. Should I be lifting more or is this good?

I heard that I will have a much better chance of getting my ticket dismissed if I explain to the judge in court, rather than send a letter. I got caught speeding 70 mph on a 60 mph hwy.

I thought I should have gotten a warning because this was my first offense in over 2 years of driving. I have no intentions of fighting the ticket or raising this case into a trial against the cop or anything. I accept that I was speeding. But also, this was my first offense, and $227 is a very big fine. If I tell the judge that I accept that I sped, and that I'm sorry and this is not usually the way I drive, I had a clean record for 2 years, is there a chance he will simply dismiss it? My friend tried this and said it worked for him.

Also, I was thinking if option 1 doesnt work (asking to completely dismiss the ticket), then I'l request the judge for traffic school to reduce the fine.

Is this a good plan?

I know theres probably like 100 of them, but I can't think of any specific liberty right now that is not found in the bill of rights. Liberties such as freedom of speech, religion, no cruel and unusual punishment, etc...

I got a ticket for speeding and have to pay $227. But I was told if I took defensive driving for $25 I would have my ticket waived. This was great news, until I was told that I need to pay $112.10 for the court filing fees. WHY??? I thought taxes were meant to pay court fees like that. Is there any way I can avoid this fee? (My family makes a decent amount of money, so I don't think I can say that I don't have the money) but this is still a very large fee.

I got a speeding ticket just now and I was going 10 miles above the limit (70 on a 60mph). I live in Texas and I am being charged $227. I cannot pay this fee (I can but its gonna be very difficult). Is there any way I can dismiss this ticket so it wont charge me $227 or increase my insurance or hurt my driving record? This is my first offense. Can I do defensive driving? And is it a MUST to attend court?

I bought a handheld bidet holder and am trying to attach it in the bathroom. However, my bathroom has wallpaper and my landlord may charge me if theres a hole in the wall after I move out. The handheld bidet has a holder where it rests when not in use, and it only requires 1 screw to hold it up to the wall. Its about 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch and pretty lightweight. Is there any adhesive I can use to hold this up? Thanks in advance!

My teacher gave an example for the mean value theorem for f(x)=x^3+x-4 [-1,2]

After she solved it, the two solutions she got was c= + or - 1. But she only used the c=1 for her final answer. So my question is, since my teacher disregarded the -1, are solutions of the theorem that are the endpoints supposed to be not used?

I saw on youtube that "axis of awesome" made this thing called 4 chords, 36 songs. Basically if you know you to play the G, Em, C, and D chords, you can play 36 different songs. Im thinking bout getting a Epiphone Dr 100 acoustic guitar but Im not sure if size is an issue or not. So do these guitars come in various sizes and do they matter?
