  • my 17 yr old wants to move out of state (state we used to live) and stay with our friends to finish h.s.?

    i have no problem with it but does anyone know about law regarding this, i have been looking around online but i only find custody related answers which don't fit, i was thinking that i could notarize something for school and like doctors visits/emergencies because the only thing i was thinking is parent permission, i can't run to that state to register him for school or go to a doctors appointment, would it be legal enough to just notarize the person he lives with permission to do these things in my place, if anyone knows please reply thx =}
