    My drivers side windshield wiper only goes up a few inches, any advice on how to fix this?

    It's a 1999 Buick regal and the drivers side wiper looks noticabely bent compared to the passenger side. I was wondering if this was a result of something (like a clip in the picture) or if I would need to install a new blade. Thanks!
