I have been having problems with my right knee for quite some time. The x-ray showed nothing but the MRI showed that I have thinning of the cartilage. What does this mean and what treatment options are there for this? Should I be concerned about possible surgery?

My husband and I will be renewing our vows in May. It will be 15 years for us. We got married in a Catholic church and now belong to a Pentecostal church and want to renew our vows in our church. We don't have a lot of money and what we do have, we want to use for a 2nd honeymoon. I am running into the dilemma of planning. I don't want to have anything big but I don't want to offend anyone either by not inviting anyone at all. I am also concerned about being rude and not having some sort of luncheon afterwards. I thought about just meeting at a restaurant and letting everyone pay for themselves but many places don't take reservations and I didn't know if the guests would think that was rude. Do you have any suggestions? Please help! Thanks!

They logged into my Yahoo! account and forwarded an e-mail to everyone in my contacts list. I changed my password but I am upset and worried about security!
