She lost in court mainly because some evidence was modified and doctored to validate her claims??

give pointe a try and go en pointe doing performances.

I am looking for a type of "night vision" scope for

my Samsung video camera Model SC-MX20E/QVC,

34X Optical Zoom, Scheider-Kreuznach lens f=2.3-78.2mm F:1.6 Dia.30.5

Any knows what model "night vision scope" I can get for it

to use an adapter with it so I can take videos at night or

take pictures of the night sky during meteor showers?

Does anyone have any recommedations on a model or brand

for this type of thing?

I have been trying to upload stuff on YouTube....However, since Feb. 16, 2010 I have been UNABLE to upload a thing...All I get is : "Failed (upload aborted)" or "Upload failed"

I have tried to send emails to YouTube asking them explain or help me

with these problems with my video uploads.

I have not GOTTEN a answer or even a word from them.....

Last Friday(Feb. 19, 2010) I sent postal mail along with printouts(of

my problems) to their office that is listed on YouTube website.(which should have

arrived first thing Monday). Along with my emails contacts on where they

can contact me.

So far I GOT NO response from them on anything..

It took at least over three hours to process a clip of 1 minute and 50 seconds

to go on YouTube.

Why do I HAVE SO MANY of these "Failed(upload aborted)" when

I always try to upload anything?

of under 2 minutes to go through?

There are not computer viruses on

my uploads(I've have it checked several times).

There used to be this paint program on my computer at one time and it is NO LONGER there.

I have some pictures that I wanted to modify....

I learned using another computer at a local gaming center it is

called "MS Paint", that is what someone told me.....

It used to show up on my home computer

when I had a picture file and

the PC ask : "Do you want to open with---->

And there is a list of programs like: MS WORD, Picasa Picture Viewer,

Microsoft Office Picture Manager, Adobe Reader, etc.

I hadn't used it for some time (like about a year) and this program

is no longer there. :(

It probably disappeared when my did decided to do some of his

excess file clearing and may have deleted it....

It comes in handing when I have a picture I want

to modified to get

rid of something that is not there...Using a pencil icon, or the paintbrush icon(several sizes),

change a color, copy something, etc.

I know that it is an old program from what what sister told me.

Is there a place on the internet where I can download this particular program

to put on my computer again?

I have been trying to post some videos that I took over the weekend.

I posted other stuff...

However, recently went I tried to post stuff in the last few days,

I keep getting this "Upload Failed" message on YouTube.

Now my videos are under 10 minutes...

I can't find any viruses or anything on my uploads.

Also, it seems to take SO LONG on the area when

Why is it taking SO LONG now to process my video postings?

I could do this until a week ago.

I saw a YuuTube posting of a video that I liked and I would

go to upper right-hand corner and download it onto my

computer and can view it on my Media Player.

Now I can't do it anymore. What can I do to

do this again.

I am wondering if anyone knows whatever happened to Nancy K. Stouffer the

lady from Pennsylvania that claims that J.K. Rowlings stole her ideas

from some books she claimed to have published in the 1980s.

All, I know she lost her lawsuit in a US Federal court in 2002 and

trial the judge also fined her $50,000.00 for submitting fabricated

evidence to support her claims.

She tried to appeal this and was turned down by the US Supreme Court.

All, I know is she still has her website of realmuggles.com

and is still trying to get her case reheard or re-opened. In a

news release in 2007 on her website.

HAS anyone heard anything else about her recently since 2007?

Again what happened to her.
