  • If I'm 13 years old, how much should I benchpress?

    Hello everybody. This is kind of an awkward question to ask but I'm kind of curious. As of now I'm about 5 foot 5 1/2, and I weigh around 150 pounds. I'm kind of hitting my growth spurt and I think that weight is normal as my predicted adult height is 6'3 lol. But anyway right now I lift around 50 pounds, I can go up to 60. Is this normal for my weight or should I try and do more? Thanks for anybody who answers!

  • How do you contact mediacom?

    My street recently get Mediacom broadband and we ordered the Prime version of their internet services. We put in our information, including our phone and e-mail. The site then said that a representative of Mediacom would be contacting us about our installation. What does this mean? Through what means would they contact us?

  • Why isn't fiber optic available in my area?

    We're stuck with 716 kbps download speed and want to upgrade but we can't get it at our house. But here's what really ticks me off. Nearly all my neighbors ACROSS THE STREET have it. Any help would be appreciated.
