Okay, please no haters. I know I should have prepared for this but we weren't sure we were gonna get him or not so i didn't wanna buy a lot of stuff because if we didn't get him i didn't wanna be disappointed. This puppy is 10wks old - German Shepherd/Mix...Heres what I got so far:

Dog food (Pedigree Little Champions Mix)

Water

A safe toy

Shampoo (I don't know what kind to get)

I already ahve treats from my last dog that sadly died two weeks ago :(

Collar

Already own an extra leash

Am I forgetting anything? Do I need anything? Please help!2!

Okay, my dog died almost two weeks ago and I am getting another tomorrow. I know it sounds quick and everything but my dog was so sick for so long it was like we didn't have her....but anways to my questions....He is 10wks old BTW :)

Are they good with cats?

Are they nice?

What should they eat and play with?

How much will he weigh way when grown?

How tall and long will he be?

Do they shed?

I am sorry I have so many questions but this is my first GS.

I get her/him this evening! I am so nervous....I wanna do everything right and raise it properly. Help me! How do I puppy proof the house, what should i feed it, what kind of toys do i get, should i give it treats, how do i train it to like sit, come, stay, etc?

Okay, I know it sounds horrible but I would like a puppy. I lost my 13 year old dog of cancer about 9 days ago. I know it seems kind of quick but my dog has just been gone so long. She wasn't herself for about 6months. I would like a puppy or young dog. But, alot of "senior/adult" dogs have a lot of life left in them. I was thinking about going Craigslist but I don't know, Maybe the local vet but I don't like the staff but its free and for the rest of there lives the shots are free, the pound but I don't think I could go in there because I would hate to see some dog about to get killed so I'd wanna adopt every dog. Where and what should I do?

Okay, I am about to just let everything come out here.

My dog had cancer and she was in so much pain so we put her out of her misery by putting her down on Feb 22nd, 2011. We all cried a bunch alot of times and we are still sad but we are starting to feel better. The house seems to have like no life in it. We have 3indoor cats but they stay upstairs most of the time, and a bird and a turtle in my brothers room. We have alot of outdoor cats. There are five people that live in this house....me, my mom, my dad, my bro, and my grandmother. I miss having a dog. I feel so bad admitting that and wanting one. I told her right before she died that we would never get another dog. I know she would want us to have whatever it took to make us happy, though. My family doesn't really want another dog though. It's like I miss not walking in the door and saying "Hey Martha" and not having her greet me and we do the dog/human stuff. I could never replace her. So, if I got another dog, it wouldn't be as loved as my Martha. It would be loved obviously but not as much. I mean we all loved her so much and its so hard not having her anymore. She would lay on my couch in my room and when I go to bed at night, sometimes I forget and say "Goodnight love ya, Marth". Then I remember. I just dont know what to think or do anymore. My question is, should we get another dog and is this all normal to be feeling the way i/we do?

My friend/cousin gets out of school at 3:30 so she is coming over at 4. We are gonna go get a smoothie from my favorite coffee shop (she hasn't been to it). I thought maybe we could go to like the library and play on the computer because mine is slow as crap!! I am 13 and male - She is 11 and female. We just need a few extra ideas....Our parents wont drive us anywhere and I don't live near the mall so thats out lol. Thanx in advance =)

Okay, I am starting a new job (online) March 01st. I will be making about 600 to 1300 hundred dollars a month. I am gonna throw about 20dollars towards our cable. I am obviously gonna get a cell phone. I am 13 (male). I was thinking about maybe renovating the garage to like my hang out area for me and my friends....but what should I do that would be smart with this money?

College is no big deal for me right now. I am gonna go to a community college (cheaper) for a degree in English to become a teacher so that is the school situation.

Okay, I use to live in this small town (Heber Springs, AR)....Occasionally visit the lake there. (Greers Ferry Lake). Well, My friend, has neck cancer and loved to dive in the lake. Her husband had liver cancer and loved the lake as well. My grandmother went to help the friend for a few days and she went to the hospital to get her chemo therapy with her and there were like a bunch of people getting there chemo done. The populatuion of this town is like 6000. I dove in to the lake a bunch as a kid...now i am 13 and i dove in alot when we went on vacation and now i am scared i will get cancer. Is it possible this lake causes cancer or something?

Okay, 1st, I don't have the money to get singing lessons. I love to sing and I dont think I am that bad. I would maybe like to become a singer one day because I just met Justin Bieber. Please dont judge me by meetting Jusitn. He is real cool. What can I do to help my voice be better??

Like what to eat and drink what not to eat and drink, What exercises do I do?
