I am 17 years old and I sent half naked pictures when I was 16, with me in a bra and thong. I didn't know they were saved but I guess the guy had snap save and kept them and spread them to all his friends. Unfortunately, the police have potentially found out about the guys saving, sending and trading pictures around town so there is an investigation. My pictures (there are apparently 5, all with my face in them) along with many other girls have been traded among the guys. I'm not sure if the police have access to these pictures or not, though.

I am really just looking for someone to tell me how much trouble I can get in or if there is any way to get out of it because I didn't know he saved them or because I was only 16. There are about 40 guys involved at our school and about 80 girls. They took some boys' phones two days ago and gave them all back so I don't know if that means it is over or that they took what they needed and gave them back!

Please help me, I'm so nervous. And please don't lecture me about sending the pictures because I know I was an idiot and it was to a boyfriend that I trusted and didn't know he saved them and especially not that he sent them around.
