I recently tore a muscle in my knee and before that I was going running trying to loose weight but then I hurt myself so now its hard to workout so I need to start loosing some weight and getting toned for summer but i dont know how and something that wont hurt my knee more if you could please help!!

Okay i talked to thi guy last yer we flirted texted and were so close to hooking up and i mean i was so head over jeeps for him he made me feel special and then one day this girl got in the way and things got crazy and we stopped talking and i was so hurt !!!! Over the ummer i would hink of him and cry an then back at school this neww year he accidentally text me and we starte talking again and he appologized and i sartén regaining feelings and i really wanted him and he flirted and stuff but last night i told myself i cant do this and even though i hve so many feelings for him i have got to let him go so i am starting today i just dont know how to get over him i need major advice its killing me inside

Okay so my hair is about down to my tip of my butt an its wavy frizzy so like after ishower its dries and gets poufy ugh it is annoying so last night i showered and washed and conditioned my hair an throughout today i had it in a braid so its not poufy right now but it will get poufy so i wanna get overnight pretty big waves and i want them to last all day tomorow and not be frizzy at all so any ways to get that look i need help please anything i will accept and buns braids whatever just NO FRIZZ !!!!!
