In a press release for an antibiotic, it says that it's "... devoid of antibiotic activity. Therefore, even with long-term use, development of antibiotic resistance is not an issue."

Is there anyone who would be willing to do a phone consult with me? I can't afford to pay, but I can do a trade (I have advanced Word expertise and do proofreading and web content writing). I'm not interested in making actual caramel, but I want to make a caramelly sauce for pear/pineapple the usual way, cooking sugar and water, but I wanted to use the pineapple juice from the can. Will it work? Or will the fruit particles burn or something?

I have several high-quality researched articles on a 'nutraceutical' topic (nutritional products that confer measurable health benefits), that have been published in Canadian periodicals and which the authors would like to provide free to publications elsewhere. I am already investigating online article posting sites, but I'd like to offer them to print publications as well. I've seen the 'google directory', but I wonder if there is something more comprehensive? The articles would be suitable for publication in anything from a layperson's 'newsletter' type pub all the way up to a fairly scientific industry-specific pub; but they are not peer-reviewed science articles. They are more geared towards non-mainstream health-care providers (nutritionists, massage therapists, naturopaths, cosmetic surgeons), vendors and consumers. The articles are in English and I am looking for markets in the UK, Australia, the US and anywhere else other than Canada. Huge thanks in advance for any help.
