My dog got Shocked by an high voltage electric wire in the park ?
while my dog was in the park in late evening he chewed on an electric wire poping from the ground and got shocked.
He made a loud noise and lay stiff on the ground with his hind legs foled and clutched.
My brother tried to revive him by shaking him and beating him in the chest.
By the time i called my father, my dog woke up and then starting running wild non stop around the area. After 15 , 20 mins he sat calmly on the ground and we all waited cause we feared he would attack us.
He wasin't responding to anything but was just sitting still with his tougue out.
My dad got the car and we tried to lure him into the it from the back seater,afinally he got in and they took him to a vet.
My brother says he's lost his memory omg :((((((((((((

Since it was in the park it would be a pretty high woltage wire and i was frozen head to toe when i saw him motionless.
Can he be fixed :(
