  • Is this car repair quote good?

    I recently had an interim service at a national auto centre (I usually always avoid these big chains).

    They done a health check and found / quoted for the below work.

    1) Offside rear coil spring corroded - £38.05

    2) Front lower arms bushes perished - £149.14

    3)intermediate silencer exhaust mount broken - £43.05

    4) Wheel alignment - £13.49

    Total: £243.73

    My question is, is this a good quote?

    It's probably a 5th of the cars value at £1250

    How can I achieve this haircut - Without looking stupid between now and then?

    I have had the same haircut for years now and I am looking for a change. I have chosen the style I like however its significantly longer on top than my current haircut is.

    Is it as simple as keeping the sides trim and letting the top / beard grow until its long enough to style this way?? (pics attached)

    I'm worried it'll look stupid while I'm in-between the two cuts. So maybe 2-3 months before I get it how I want.

    Also how do approach a barber and ask for this style when my hairs not long enough yet?

    I'm in Birmingham area.

  • Pay Weekly / Monthly Motorcycles?

    I wondered if this even exists. My credit is too bad for finance so is there a place to pay weekly / monthly for a motorcycle and get it at the end when you are all paid up. Like a sort of cash generators for vehicles?
