Everybody has their own feelings and beliefs on the subject. I personally like to think that the end of the Mayan long count calender will herald a new era for humanity and our spirituality but I don't really understand where all the doomsday stuff has come from as all the reading I've done on the subject makes no talk of the world ending. I can't see any reason to suspect that the world will end in 2012.

What are your thoughts?

OK, so the cheat console for Fallout 3 on the PC, is it just a case of pressing ~ to bring it up or do you have to enter anything in the properties of the shortcut?

So, it's Friday night, I'm at home feeding my son with the PC running away in a different room. I go back through and the computer has turned itself off. I turn it back on and it starts up and gets to the options of starting in safe mode or normally. I select start normally, it runs for approx 2 mins whilst trying to load then turns itself off again. I try again and it won't even load this time, it just keeps switching off all the time. I opened the F*#ker up and checked all connections, all fine. The heat syncs do appear to be over heating very quickly which I think maybe the cause but I'm not sure.

can anyone help? I run a quad core on an Asus P5N32E - SLI mobo, 2 gig of ram, 8800 GTX graphics card with a 540 watt power supply.

For distilling my own spirits is it possible to use the same yeast as I would use to bake bread with or is there a specific type of yeast for this process? If so, does anybody out there know where I can get my hands on some in Scotland?

If i was distilling Ethanol for a purely recreational pursuit how would I make sure I had Ethanol & not Methanol? would it be a case of boiling off the Methanol which has a lower boiling point than methanol then attaching Equipment to distill the Ethanol whilst mixture is still boiling or just boiling it all off at once?

I Live in Scotland, I want to go back to full time education after 8 years out. Is it worth going to college first & then uni or should I just go straight to uni? I'm aiming to study applied sciences.
