i let my friend tiff use my cell phone for the weekend , and I told her not to go on the internet ,because my cell isn't web accesable . . . . she knew the rule and yet she broke it , now my parents are getting charged for 1600 dollars just for my cell's internet usage . . . . . so I told tiff I wanted my phone back and she said she wont be at school to give it back . . . . . if your parents or you had to pay 1600 dollars for a phone bill would you be pissed too?
