How can i get rock hard abs in two months ?
Ok so i go to the gym like 6 to 7 times a week. i have been doing this for the past 3 months. im doing pretty good. i can see muscles forming. however, i still have problems with my abs. I need to see some improvement in two months! what should i do? The trainer said to eat as much as you want. i have been eating a lot of protein and little carbs and sugar. i think that i just need to have a better abs training. what do you guys think i should do?
