I have sang karaoke around town and was fortunate to have some people invite me to perform for a gated community who had their own sound system.

Then someone there invited me to perform at another place who needs the entertainers to bring their own sound systems.

What do I need to purchase that's affordable that will work for 120 people but also in the future at other places that may have up to 200?

Will a P A system work if I just connect a dvd player to it to play a cdg or should I buy a real karaoke system?

What is the wattage I need for speakers and amps or do I need an amp at all?
