I just purchased a pioneer receiver. I have two 8 inch Bose for the left and right. Pioneer for my center channel and two Sony 8 inch in the rear. OK, the tricky part...I have a 5.1 Logitech surround sound system that I want to include in my system, I only want to use the powered sub though... it will connect to the dedicated sub channel on the pioneer receiver. How to re-wire that sub? It has a board to plug in all the sats on the back of the sub which I wont use now. The connections have to be isolated not sure where to begin. Is this even possible?

I am building a gaming machine and I want to have the OP on a small 10,000 rpm hard disk and all programs on a much larger 7200 rpm drive. is this type of situation possible?

About 2 weeks ago I got a new E3000 linksys wireless router and no matter what settings I try it will only output at 114.4 data speeds. My older wrt150N would always hold steady at 270 mbs. I don't get it, please advise all you PC wizards. Also, this is a duel band router with 5.0 ghz band that I was hopping to use only that radio band for my wireless blueray player. This 5.0 radio band does not show itselft on none of my computers or other devices??

I have my product key. I have to reinstall XP pro. if I download the iso file and burn it to dvd will it boot and install as a normal install disk? thanks, please advise.

I have vista home premium and wish to up it to Win 7 home premium, can I do a "clean install with the upgrade version or do I need to purchase the "full version" for 80.00 more? Tell me any risks with doing the upgrade path. Thank you

I bought a used pc and wish to perform a clean install (format the hard drive) Would I need a boot cd or will it read the xp OP disk upon system boot? Also....a used computer is registered in someone elses name, can an op be reregistered into the current owners name?

I know that system restore from the recovery partition will give you the factory image. When you would use the create recovery cd's utility does the give you the same factory image or would it be the current configuration? Any one who has be forced to perform a system restore know what a nightmare it is, a zillion updates among other things. Is there a way to back up my system in it's current state?

I have a linksys wrt150n router and a linksys wvc200 internet camera. I have dns service host with dyndns.com all set up. The system works fine on my local network but not able to access from remote location off my own network. Not sure whats going on here. I set up dmz, open ports, enabled dns on my network devices. hmmmm. whats next to trouble shoot here? any help I would appreciate, going mental here, been working on this 2 days. thanks

For some reason when I try to print a web page is prints like 60 pages of scripts, for example...I try to print yahoo home page (or any other page) it will print 60 pages or more of code. I'm not sure if it started doing this after I installed vista service pack 2. it's not my printer, it's something with windows or IE. any suggestions on this?

I'm using a local connection for my wireless printer and using a nieghbors internet connection wireless...so, can I connect to both networks at the same time so I don't need to switch networks every time i want to print on my local home network? I have vista home premium. thank you

In many many years I have never had a problem with IE becoming unresponsive. I been using IE 7.0 since it's release and never had a problem up until about 2 weeks ago. It has froze up at least 15 times in 2 months. Any ideas what could be going on here? It's NOT a virus or any other malware. It seemed to start when I installed the critical IE security update.

I use 3 pc's at my work and wish to setup key logger monitoring. I suspect crooked activity. Please advise on the workings of this type of system. How does it work and how to I set this up so it's undetectable?
