I've been riding my bike to work for the past year cause my car died and couldnot fix it and there were some close calls with cars but yesterday this lady (who was fine af) was her phone and I saw it on my rear view mirror so I jumped off the bike lane and got on the side walk barley making it but my bike was hit and she stops and flips get out of the truck and starts asking me if I'm OK and she said she will pay for everything should I let her pay for it or should I just buy another $20 Walmart bike

I work front counter at burgarking and I HATE IT and we have a properly working drive through but when I'm mopping the floors at night people have to walk in and order their food and have it to go **** I hate it at some point I just want to punch them in the face drive through is completely open but you have to get out of your car that is completely capable of going through drive through and you get out walk in the building get your food and walkout because drive through is there EMPTY explain that

It's not there and I see a paper saying your vehicle has been towed for parking illegally what's wrong with where I parked ok so I go down to the impound and I see it i pay the fee to get it back in rode it home and it's not working write chains falling off every time I ride it should they pay for it?
