I've been starting to eat more healthier, and i was wondering if this is a good workout for everyday.

30 squats

30 sit ups

50 jumping jacks

and I do run at school for a little bit, its just my schedule is tight because im still in school, but i want a good weight-loss plan :)

okay so im starting to shave my private part (vagina) and i know what to do but i what scissors do i use to cut the hair short? and when shaving do i go downward or upward?

I read that you should first cut with scissors, then shave downwards okay, so then you damp it dry with a towel and add lotion with no perfume, I use baby Johnson's lotion so that shoud be okay, I use the unscented original pink one, okay, but my question is for the second time you shave down there, how long do you wait? What do you do?
