Help! Is this a good weight-loss plan?

I've been starting to eat more healthier, and i was wondering if this is a good workout for everyday.

30 squats

30 sit ups

50 jumping jacks

and I do run at school for a little bit, its just my schedule is tight because im still in school, but i want a good weight-loss plan :)

    Thats good for a start. Try addding one more each day to each of those until you are doing 3-4 sets of 30-50 each. Add some pushups to those too. If and when you get into it more, find a pro fitness person that you want to pattern your physique after and go online to find out what their workouts are, and use them.

    It's an excellent start. Incorporate it into your daily life to make it entertaining, like walking somewhere in the house, do squats all the way to the kitchen, or bedroom and do push-ups if your show is on commercial. Sit at the edge of the couch,double-up your pillows, small things like that keep busy life and exercise a bit more manageable.

    Yeah thats fine, just try and get as active as your can because those are forms of cardio. And you also need to watch what you eat and how much. Dieting is KEY. more important than excercise!
