Will this trigger an audit?
After filing head of household for the last 9 years with getting EIC for 2 children, I have finally married last year. My husband does not live with me at all, he actually lives in a different country. After some research I found that because we do not reside in the same household, I can still claim head of household and earn the EIC. In your opinion, do you believe that this was cause my return to be under review?
