It happened for the first time. It was like, last 2 or 3 months ago. Out of the blue, I got panic attack (I assume) when I was about to sleep for the first time and since then, I get scared for no apparent reason and sometimes I just don't feel it is me anymore. I used to be a jovial and happy girl. I have been thinking unnecessary stuff. Things that don't make sense at all. Especially when I think about death. So scary to me. I tend to overthink about everything too. Now, I'm in college. I get to do what I love. I should live and enjoy my teenage life. I'm worried, I don't know what's happening to me. I just want the old me back and live my life. Maybe I'm afraid of losing all the good things that I have in life.

PLEASE!!! Bring me back to life.

I want to go for exchange student for 2013. The application opens next year. The exchange student will be to America. I will be staying with my foster family 6 months. I <3 it! but the problem is, how to convince both of my parents about this? I really want to join this program because I want to experience something in other country especially America.
