i have been nominated for a award but i need to present a folio and a letter.

I need to write a letter saying "why the nominee is deemed to be worthy of this award". I know that i want the award but I just don't know what to write and where to begin. Can anyone help me?

So i'm going overseas next week, should i use my Ipod touch 5th generation camera or use digital camera???

II'm planning to go Hong kong, Macau and Taiwan in Dec. I'm going hong kong with a friend but on a different day and then go Macau by myself but ill meet another friend when I'm there. I've never travel alone before and I'm worried because I'm not sure how I'll meet my friend unless theirs wi-fi every where or maybe i get a phone card if i know how. When i go Taiwan my uncle lives their so it's not a problem.

So i'm having second thought if I don't go my parents will buy me computer and give money. Not sure what to do.

should i buy it online for $21 and is it easy to install?? and will it wipe out everything on my mac?? because i have few programs which i don't have another copy.

or get someone to do for $129 include backing-up my file

I don't have block nose, I'm not sure how long this been happening, Is this normal or should i get it check???

I get dry mouth all the time when i wake up in the morning and it's ruining my gums. I drink a lot of water during the day and i'm not a mouth breather.

I have read that if i buy Vaporizer in will help my dry mouth, is it true??? i'm thinking of buying Vicks Waterless Vaporizer.

I'm just curious, like if you pull out/extract your adult teeth and measure it? how long is it?

is it ok to use Colgate Plax, Gentle care mouthwash if i have gum diseases(gingivitis)??

Never use mouthwash before because i'm worried it will damage my gums even more.

It takes 15 - 20 mins to brush my whole teeth, i brush really slow because i don't want to damage my gums.

i have read that is should take 3 mins to brush my teeth, so should i brush a lot quicker?? or what i'm doing is ok?? does it matter how long you brush your teeth??

i don't use mouthwash because dentist say it would burn my gums and probably make my gingivitis worse. so will it help if i use warm saltwater as a mouthwash because i had read that it will kill bacteria etc??

I never smile, when i'm taking a photo, even at graduation they ask me to smile but i don't. I had gum disease when i was 15 and i still have it, I know i should've brush my teeth when i was young but now it's too late. I have to get braces once my gingivitis is cure.

So what do you think?? is it bad??

I'm applying for university(architecture) and on the application it said "one A4 size letter outlining your reason for applying"

I can't think of anything like yes i do want to study Architecture but I'm thinking it's not going to be a half a page, I want it to be more the half a page. I'm not sure what too add.

Any ideas/advice, how to start it or what to say? or can give me an example?

Ok so i completed my Advanced diploma of interior design in 2011, since now i couldn't find ANY job, I go to the job agencies that help me look for work but still nothing.

so maybe i should go to university, I thinking of studying Architecture for 3 years or Building design (architectural design) for 2 or 2.5 years.

I'm only 21, my friends say i should continue studying because i'm still young, but the only thing that concerns me is that YES i do want a job but it's hard to find and if i continue study it will take 2 to 3 years, and after that hopefully i will find a job.

So what i'm trying to say is that should i keep looking for work or go to university?

I was born in Australia, i'm half chinese and korean. so on the application form which i'm applying for it ask for nationality, should i put there chinese/korean or Australian (because on my passport it say Australian on the nationality section???

I'm applying for a job and in bottom it say "A letter of application and a current resume should be emailed to........" so which i don't understand is "A letter of application" this mean they want my CV?

I need to eat food/fruit which have vitamin C because my dentist told me because he said it will improve my gums (i have gingivitis) and yes, brush my teeth twice a day and floss.

So is there any food/fruit that i can easily buy and eat at work or not at home?

I have check Coles and Woolworths but they don't sell it.

I have red gums (bottom and top) because of gum disease. Sometimes and when i eat fruits (apple & kiwi) my bottom row gums goes pink and after few hours it go back to red (light red)?? why does it do that?? is my gum disease is getting worse??

I have gingivitis for almost 8 years and now i took it seriously, got my teeth clean in few months ago, brush my teeth twice a day and floss.

I'm 21, i finish Advanced Diploma of Interior Design and i wanted to go university and study Architecture because it's what i wanted to do when i finish high school but the requirement was high like the enter score 80 and i got a low score in high school, instead i study interior design for 2 years and my final mark was 2 - HD, 3 - D, 3 - C, 1 - P and 1 - PX.

I'm not a smart person, is their a possibility i can get into university or should i just find a pathway that get me into architecture?
