He is my colleague in work, we are very friends (i am not speaking about relationship, we are not in relation at all, he is even married), i trust him a lot, and he is always very kind with me, i even see him as a support. till one day, a girl with us in work, i got problems with her, she wanted to give her work, she was cheating and lying at me (she is a gemini by the way), she is with him in the same office, i always know she is speaking badly at me in my back with him, i am very surprised it seems for me he is believing her, he turns to her side and he is behaving sarcastic with me, she really make him change a lot against me, he is even hurting me with his sarcastic comment, i feel he is supporting her, he wants me to really do her work.

Any way, this upset me, i feel hurt from him, i wasn't expecting it at all, so i decide to stay away from them, one day he write me an email asking me what happened, and if he did something wrong, i replied him "i can know now i am an irritating person for you, i am also confused what has changed you, maybe you get dragged!! anyway i make a distance and step away because i respect you".

since then he didn't reply, it is already 2 weeks.

why he do like that? do you think scorpion are not smart to lye at them this much easily, or he may know with himself everything? does he know he is wrong?
