  • Fluid retention and bad circulation can be cured at home?

Little things like walking more or drinking more water can improve these permantently or am I doomed forever... ? I hate my legs and ankles like this...

  • If you work a sedentary job does it make ankles swollen?

I work a sedentary job (call center) and my ankles are a little bit swollen behind/under my ankle bone, and right above, around my leg, a little bit too...

Could it be fluid retention from lack of movement or bad circulation?

    What can I do?

    I'm only 20 years old...

  • Swollen legs or just freaking out?

My mother has fluid rentention and bad circulation on her legs.

I always had chubby ankles, a little redd-ish and when you push around the bottom of my leg, above my ankle, it's soft and makes an indent.

People are now saying it's not normal and that it's swollen but it doesn't hurt.

I also have a little puff below and behind my ankle bone. I'm 20 years old and can't tell if this is normal or bad... I'm sa scared right now, that my whole leg will be swollen up soon...

Or that it's not normal. I feel horrible now. I always had chubby legs and thought it was normal. How do I tell if it's liquid or bad circulation?

  • Swollen legs and fluid retention, 20 years old, please help?

My legs were always a little bit chubby, right above my ankle when I push on the skin it makes an indent like it's soft tissue.

Yesterday, my ankle got swollen, my foot hurt from my toe to my ankle but the part that was swollen was the part right behind/below my ankle bone and it didn't hurt pushing on it.

The pain was on the tendon over the foot.

I went to a doctor and he said I strained my tendon over my foot near my ankle. I have it wrapped now and on warm water, and he said the swollen was that.

But today I noticed it on the other foot too. A little less but the same, below my ankle bone and a little behind. My mother has fluid retention and bad circulation.

I'm only 20 years old but I'm scared something is happening. My legs are hurting a bit, a dull pain on my calves but I don't know if that's because of putting effort on them to walk due to the strain.

My leg doesn't look swollen but near my ankle people are saying it's not normal to push and that it turns from a redd-ish colour to a white one and makes an indent even if I'm chubby.

Please help.. I'm so scared of having circulation problems. Also, what doctor to contact for this?

  • Localized headache, waves of pain?

I've had a very localized dull headache in one point on the right side of my head, inside.

I assumed it was sinus because I'm a sufferer but now I can't stop thinking about an aneurysm.

Today I felt waves of pain, a different kind of dull pain, more tense and pressuring rushing through my head around 4 times when I stood up.

    I'm 18 years old, female.

Any thoguths to ease my mind on why this is not an aneurysm.. ?

  • Mixing beta blocker Nebilet with Benuron 1000g?

I've been having a localized headache for 2 weeks and I took a Benuron 1000g today for it as my pharmacist said it was ok to do so.

But I take half a Nebilet pill every morning for my heart. Could it be dangerous?

  • Localized headache, I'll rate 5 stars, please?

For the past 2 weeks (maybe less) I've been having a very localized headache, a small point on my right side.

It's not very strong, it gets mild by night but during the day I barely notice it, but I know it's there. I assumed it was sinus?

But today, I started experiencing waves of a different head pain, like very tense, also not very strong, I would say weak but intense? And got a little dizzy from it when it happened.

The waves last few seconds but they happened maybe 5 times today, when I stood up.

I suffer from anxiety and sinus but I'm worried such a localized head pain and now these waves can indicate an unrupted aneurysm?

I'm on beta blockers for my heart, I'm 18 years old and a female.

I just want some ease and facts on why this could not be a brain aneurysm..

    Details:

    - The pain is not constant during the whole day.

    - When I turn my head quick, it gets worse sometimes.

Would smashed oreganos work and how much would I have to add for it to do the job that around 10 leaves of basil would?

  • Replacing basil in Martha Stewarts one pot pasta?

And how much oregano would I have to put to make it up for the basil?

  • Lump at the entrance of vagina?

I've had for a long time.

At the very entrance of the hole (I can see it in the mirror) theres a bouncy ball-size lump that feels "grain-y" and uncomfortable to touch.

I have to push my finger past it and it blocks a little the entrance to my vagina.

It's not painful but uncomfortable to the point it can get painful if things push inside, even the smallest thing.

What is it?? I'm a virgin.

  • Lump at entrance of vagina?

Ever since I can remember, I always had a lump at the entrance of my vagina, on the roof of the entrance.

When sliding my finger inside, right at the very entrance, it always offered some resistance as that bump was there kinda blocking the way.

I can easily slip my finger past it and feel it whole, it's almost the size of a bouncy ball and feels a little "grainy" like little grains on it.

It doesn't hurt when pressed on it, just really uncomfortable, like if I was pressing on, a bladder, I guess?

I always thought it was normal and due to me being a virgin. Now I see lots of people saying it's not. What it is??

  • Worried about retinal tear/detachment?

Here's a list of things I've been feeling for the past 2 or 3 days.. :

    - I keep thinking that I'm seeing flashes of light in the corner of my eye but I'm not sure. They are really faded and I'm never sure if one just happened or not.

    - I've started noticing my floaters more. I don't think they increased in number, but I notice them easily now (probs because I'm worried about them).

    - Last night, when I closed my eyes to sleep I could see lights above my eyes and to the sides. Very faint ones too.

    - I lost my vision for a split second upon standing up. Like someone flicked the lights on and off.

I have an appointment scheduled but it's only a week from now. What do I do?

  • Starting the practice of ballet: weight questions, age questions, learning at home questions?

I would love starting to practice ballet. I am totally in love with the dance.

But the problem is, there are no ballet classes in my city.

I thought about starting to learn online through videos.

Not to get to a professional level, but just to get some knowledge.

Yet, I don't have the perfect "thin" ballet body, I'm a little on the chubby side.

I'm 18 years old, as I know you should start as a kid.

And, I'm not sure if learning at home will ever get me anywhere with it, even though I just want to learn as an hobby.

    What do you think?

  • Did you ever lose your vision (all black) for just a split second?

Yesterday, I stood up from my couch and my vision went all black for just a split second.

Like someone had turned off the lights for a second and then back on right away.

    It was all black.

A lot of people said it was just blood rushing to my head or low blood pressure, but please, take in mind that I do get that common feeling of standing up, your vision going all spotty black and then it slowlyyyy clears.

    It's not that.

It was literally a flick on - blind - flick off - clear. Like a flash, but black.

    Thoughts?

  • Would a general health care doctor be able to diagnose retinal detachment?

Today, upon standing up from my couch, I lost my vision (all black) for a split second.

I'm also not quite sure about this symptom, as it is very confusing to me and very light, so I don't really notice it THAT well, but I've also been dealing with faded flashes.

I'm going to a general health care doctor (my family doctor at the health care center) tomorrow and I'm just wondering-

Would he be able to see a retinal detachment starting or would an actual eye doctor be the only one capable of that?

It happened to me today for the first time upon standing up from the couch and I'm still not sure what it was.

    I'm concerned about retinal deatachement.

Anyone care to ease my mind? :(

  • Let's say I want to sell my drawings online, how do I send them?

I'm thinking about starting to sell some drawings of mine online.

Of course these were made in basic A4 paper.

If I wanted to ship prints of them to the people who bought them, would I just print a copy in regular paper and send?

Or is there a specific type of paper people use to print artwork and send copies of?

  • Question about getting your payment through Etsy?

Let's say I started selling art pieces on Etsy.

Does Etsy use Paypal? In other words:

If someone bought one of my art pieces on Etsy, could I set it so the money would go straight to my Paypal account?

    Thank you.

  • If you watch and listen to paranormal occurances on Youtube, do you bring them into your life?

I've been watcing a lot of ouija board videos lately, some of them that captured the voice of the entitity as long as supernatural occurances.

I have also been researching lots of stories and specific entities (like zozo) that show up in Ouija boards.

Can all these habits out of pure curiosity bring something into my life? The entity itself?
