I recently sprained my ankle badly playing basketball. I bought a brace but its really difficult to play in. this may be because my ankle isn 100% yet, but I'm not sure. I know that sprains tend to be reoccurring and i was wondering if i need to wear the brace from now on. Has anyone had problems with a reoccurring sprain? do you wear a brace?

I have a folder with a few songs in it that my friend wants to download. any shot anyone knows an easy way i can share it over the internet?

My school has already picked the team for next year, making it incredibly difficult to make the team. we pretty much have tryouts for show. its near impossible. which is why I'm pushing myself to a crazy extent to make it and shove it in the coaches face. but do your coaches pick the team prior to tryouts?

i am constantly trying to improve my left handed dribbling but nothing seems to give me results. I am notorious for being great on the right but after a while i draw a double on the right and can't contribute as efficiently on the offensive side of the ball.

my left handed handle is awful. under no circumstances do i try to take the ball lefty because i get stripped immediately. does anyone know any drills that can help? I will put in the effort and do all that i can.

Ok, so take Russell Westbrook and put him on the bulls in place of Rose. Put rose on the Thunder in place of Westbrook.

Westbrooks receives a lot of criticism for taking too many shots, but on that bulls team that wouldn't be frowned upon.

Now, with this switch, would Russell Westbrook have been last years MVP?

Would Rose receive the criticism that Westbrook currently receives?

Ok, I think Paul Pierce is a better player than Melo. Heres why:

Paul Pierce can pass, something Melo struggles with.

Paul Pierce is a Much better defender.

While he may not score as much, he takes far fewer shots and on an off day, he is good for more thn just scoring.

Can someone give me a good argument as to why Melo is considered to be a better player by most?

Keep in mind, I'm saying this respectfully. Im not saying Melo isn't crazy talented, because he is. Im just saying i think Pierce is better. What are your thoughts?

Jeremy Lin doesn't have room for all of you on his jock. after all, he is asian.

Im kinda down right now. I feel like nothing i do will ever please my dad. I work hard to try and make him proud but i don't really see anything that comes from it all. He never seems to be satisfied with anything i do. Ive been working hard in school and he doesn't seem to care that i put up good grades, but rips on me when i don't. I play basketball and he is my coach. i keep playing because i really do like it but I'm no star player. i always work hard, i practice, and i preform to the best of my ability. After every game he never has anything good to say to me. He only stresses the bad. it gets to the point where i question wether or not i want to play anymore. I feel like i can't do anything right and even if i were to, i wouldn't know. I don't think id ever actually hear it from him.

All i really think i want is for him to be able to say he's proud to call me his son.

What do you think?
