For work I have to wear flats, and my feet are very sensitive. I have cuts now on my heals, the sides of my feet, as well as my pinky toes. I keep them clean, put ointment on the every night, and I let them air dry. But every time I go back to work anything scab that was happening rubs right off. I wear band aides and socks. The band aides and socks always fall off. Any tips (except new shoes) to help my cuts keep healing? Thanks so much!

I had all four taken out 3 weeks and a day ago. The top right one was delayed healing because it was near a nerve. Do you think it is okay to eat chips after this long or can it disrupt the healing process still?

For a few days now I feel like I have a bruised right hip, but I can't see it. But if I push on the area above my hip (where the discomfort is) that it feels like a bruise. And when I bend down sometimes I feel like there is a ball in there. No sharp pains really. The pain is heightened after I ice it or put heat on it when I walk. Does it sound like a bruised hip?

So about four or five days ago my right hip started to hurt just a little kind of like a gas bubble, but I get gas bubbles all the time, and it would only hurt at night for a couple days. And now my hip has discomfort only sometimes. Like if I sit down of like ten minutes and then I get up I can have hip pain. But If I lay down a certain way on my left side, and than get up it can hurt enough that I do not walk regularly. There is no swelling, and sometimes there is just no discomfort. When I bend down sometimes I feel like there is resistance in my right hip. No swelling, you can not see anything poking out, and I just have no clue what it is. I am 16 if that helps.
