I'm just this guy trying to stay above water. I'm going to take a hiatus(prolly 4ev) from Y! answers for about a year, VERYVERY (i just edited it for the somethingth time) officially effective 11:45p.M. on 7/1811 y'all, so if you can't reach me know that it's cuz of school, etc.. I'll be reachable sometime after 8/27/10.. hopefully(I wonder if anyone is keeping up with this.Im serious). Feel free to ask me something if you're patient enough to wait a year at least. So I signed up for a monthly parking spot in a big garage. I understood it was $177.00 a month. I paid the first month. Now, today I get another bill in the mail, charging for 177.01, and the bill says that under a column called "Adjustments" , with another label saying "New Parker"
So it's a bill for being a "New Parker" ? Is that normal?

A lot of times, I'll be busy and someone walks into me and starts talking. and I don't want to talk long, but they get me going somehow. and after 15 minutes I feel really bad that I wasted time.
