Eu sou estrangeiro, e namoro faz dois anos e quatro meses. Temos quase um ano e quatro meses de estar namorando a distancia. Antes disso namorei com ela por um ano. Sou estrangeiro e a gente não se traiu. Mas ela esta sentindo assim muita falta de mim e do contato físico.

Ela conheceu um cara ai e me falo que mais o menos gosta dele. Isto na verdade foi a gota de agua, ai ela pe pediu um espaço e assim. Ela ainda não fez nada com o cara mas me falou que estava sentindo que poderia chegar a uma traição... Ela fala que é por causa da distância mesmo, que ela me ama mas que está precisando ai um pouco de contato.

Ai ela me falou que estava achando que deveríamos abrir o namoro... assim, tipo só para ficar com outros pessoas mas não para fazer outras coisas. Na verdade eu não concordo muito... Tipo assim se ela chegasse a fazer então eu sentiria que precisaria fazer a mesma coisa tipo para "ficar nas mesmas condições". Mas antes de chegar ai, deveria aceitar isso? Eu vou para lá daqui a pouco, ai eu falo para ela esperar um pouquinho mas ela está desesperada mesma... Não e assim tipo que ela vai procurar essas coisas, mas não quer se resistir se acontecer...

Do meu lado poderia ser bom tipo experimentar com mulheres brasileiras e assim mas mesmo assim acho que não faria bem. E não tenho muita confiança em mi mesmo para procurar esse tipo de coisas se acontecer...

It mainly happens with my girlfriend. I start with the "what if..." thing, or I "read too much" into things, and I create all these complex situations, or histories... and when I talk to her, I feel bad because all those chains of events I made up in my head were false.

It mostly happens with her... We've been together for a year and eight months. I love her to death.. I'm currently in another country and we're doing the LDR thing.

It happens with other stuff too.

Eating healthier and jogging has helped me feel a lot better. Any other suggestions on stopping these sick, obsessive thoughts?

She is 23. I've always worried because her periods can take up to one month and a half to two months.

Currently she's not on the pill because we're maintaining a long distance relationship. Before we started our sexual life and before she took the pill, she told me her periods were extremely irregular. When we were together and she went on the pill, her period converged exactly to 28 days. Now that she stopped taking the pill a few months ago, she hasn't had her period in 45 days.

No, she did not get pregnant with another guy, and she told me she's just about to get her period.

Why can that happen? Is that a sign that something might be wrong? What should I research to let her know, or what can I do to help her out? Thanks a lot! =)
