Quiero hacer jugos verdes para mejorar mi salud. Me da miedo los parasitos. Compre amukina. Eso desinfecta contra parasitos. Lo deje remojando por 15 minutos y lo enjuague oja por oja. Pero no se si sea suficiente. Compre el kale no se como se llame en espanol, y espinaca. Que tam eficas sea. ? Ademas enjuagandolo lo limpia del quimico que usa? Dejenme saber antes de hacer mis jugos verdes.. Gracias

Two weeks ago i went to have an adjustment. On the neck and whole back. Hours after that i had a terrible headache and body ache. It was extreme. So i didn't go for two weeks. Today i went again and told him about it. He said he was going to be gentle today. And he did a neck and pelvis adjustment. No is at night and i am having a horrible headache and i searched on the internet and i read awful stories about people who died days later . Etc. i am scared. I will never return to the chiropractic again if i life. I am scared that my headache is the development of a clotted vein and cause stroke because of that. Is that normal to have such a horrible headache? Will i die? Please help. How should i know i wont get a stroke or something.

So i have sciatica . Its better. Its been two weeks. I remember two days before pain started i carry my nephew who weights 30pounds and i am thin but tall. So then two days later i went for a walk for exercise and after i walked for exercise i developed horrible sciatica. I went to an orthopedic doctor. He put me a toradol shot and cortisone injection on my "sciatica" . After 3 days the sciatic pain was way worst. Did not improve so i decided to take naproxen 500. That started to make me feel better but super slowly. I spend one week with horrible pain. I went a couple of sesions of physocal therapy . Week 2- the pain is better . I started to walk because i have to go to work and do my stuffs. But on week two, after walking my pain got better. So how do i knoe what caused my sciatica? I dont know if it was the shots or what. I read that after a month the effect of the shot wears off and the pain returns. I dont want that to happen. If i had pain 4 days after i got the shot then does it mean the shot did not work and the pain got better by itself? Does it mean is muscle related? Or disc? I scared ,.

Hace 5 dias que pesque un resfriado. Ayer empece antibiotico zithromicina 500mg 1 ves al dia por 3 dias. Hoy empece a botar flema amarilla y moco. Eso es bueno o malo? Ayudenme!!! Que me quiero curar!!

I started taking amoxiciling 5 days ago due to a left ear infection. I started with a sore throat yesterday. Now my sore throat is on one side and i feel terrible. Headache and body aches. Can it be strep throat? If i am taking amoxicilin how is this posible. I am in japan now for vacation. Help. :(

I am traveling on wednesday and today i went to the doctor because of my ear pain. I ended up with an ear infection. She gave me antibiotics amoxicillin for 10 days 3 times a day. I am worried about flying with an ear infection. Has anyone had any experience? :( im scared.

I am traveling next week. I am very scared on getting on a plane and i am getting nightmares. The news about the missing plane made my anxiety worst. How can i overcome it or what can i do to travel without amxiety. I am scared of dying on an airplane crash.

Yo estoy tomando jugos verdes. Como yo lavo las espinacas es solo con agua oja por oja. Vivo en PEru. Ayer me dijeron q las pase con agua hervida o gotas de lejia. Tengk una semana tmando jugos y solo las eh lavado con agua. Cual es el riesgo de parasitos? Que tipo de parasitos es transmitido por vegetales? Ayuda!!

So i have search about it and i read it is super contagious. If a person touches a surface it contaminates it and then it can be spread. So if a person touches a super market cart and then you touch it and touch you mouth etc. so you have mrsa now. I am very confused. Can you get it by touching a contaminated surface and then touch your mouth. Or eyes. Or the only way to get it is by blood and blood contact. Why some get it and others dont? Pkease someone explain this . People are more exposed to flu and is less contagious than mrsa. I am confused

I dont like red meat, I'm gluten intolerant . I am in vacation to orlando . So my family stooped at a plaza and we ate there. So the only thing i was able to eat was an italian place. They had rice, veggie and meatballs. So i ordered that: i though that i would not die if i eat meat one time. So i ate it and it tasted weird. I never ate meatballs before: i sometimes eat chicken and fish. All day do green juicing a lots of veggies.No red meats . After i ate them i ask the lady what the meatballs are made off and they told me meat and pork!!! Omg i feel so sick and nauseous. How toxic that can be for the liver. If its fro fast food thats worst, you never know what they are made of. How toxic can that be!!! I feel so sick from it.

I take a multivitamin that have 8000 iu of vitamin A ( as beta-carotene) . I am worried about getting too much of it. Also i do juicing with kale and carrots . I know that has vitamin A too. Is it too much? Is as beta caroten on supplements and the other are natural forms of it. I am confused because i am reading online that the max a day is 3000 iu. How can a supplement have 8000 iu as beta carotene? :( help!

I very thin. I keep eating a lot and don't gain weight. I feel so frustrated!! I have been always thin i never weighted more than 112 pounds. I want to have a nose and chin surgery because i am super ugly. But i want to have a healthy weight before i do the surgery. I am really scared but i am sick of people telling me how ugly i am.
