if you bought a free app of the day but u deleted it can you purchase it again withought paying for it

for example i had gotten chocolate tycoon for free

but something happened to my itunes and i lost all my apps

now if i go back to itunes and try to download the app again its back to its regular price 2 bucks

will it charge me

i know you can transfer purchased apps again but can u transfer an app tht was free for a day back where you got it for free withought it charging you

also is it possible to transfer back all yr purchased history back into yr ipod?

that covers the back but has a protector case in the front built in to the case

i dont like screen protectors cause they are sticky and you have to make sure you dont get any bubles on them
