And when i do talk to him he gives me this stone look and our convos usally end up in that weird silence. should i just act all phooney just to get him to like me??? help please

I played football in HS 3 years ago...i lost all my speed and endurance since than cause i have worked out regulary. My current plan is to run every other day and do stregnth training in between days, with one day off. Is that a good plan? My long term goal is to be able to run 8 miles. how far should i run to start out? should i increase the length weekly? by how many miles? thx for your help.

im gonna be honest with you folks...im not shy. but i generally dont talk much. I can hold a conversation when needed and can hold very good conversations(so im told by female friends who im not sexually involded with). I was like her best friend she used to tell me everything..even the boys that she liked. Now that she is in HS its like she changed...we rarely talk and she just comes to me only when she needs money. I dont know why she changed so much..or maybe its me.
