I appreciate about every sort of music and I honestly don't like anything too unpopular. I like indie, alternative, and edm music, so nothing extreme like screamo or death core music that I can understand why people don't like it. I wanted to play some of the music I like at my sweet sixteen and she doesn't want to because I have to play music to please everyone and that you can dance to. Doesn't the dj put a beat and stuff on the music so you can dance to it? I mean, I'm not picking slow songs or anything. She doesn't like my music because it's not popular. What do I do?

I started dating him a little more than a week ago and I don't know what to do. I had a crush on him for months and I was so excited when we started going out, but half a week later i suddenly realized that I didn't like him like that. I tried to avoid him and he thought I was pushing him away. He's a real nice kid, but everything just suddenly changed. How do I break up with him? I really don't want to hurt him and I hope that one day when its not so awkward we can be friends again. HALP ME PLEASE

Well, I don't like track at all and I'd like to quit. This is tryout week for the spring season and I'm on the roster, automatically, but I don't want to be on the team anymore. What do I say? I don't really even go to practice and she yelled at me saying that I make every excuse not to run this week. I think she was gonna kick me off, but she hasn't say anything. It's not even like she's a teacher I just pass by in the halls. If I want to see her I have to go to her classroom. So, can someone help me out? I just don't know how to quit.

I'm on the track team and I really just don't like it. My friend said I will learn to appreciate it, but it's been months and I still feel the same way. I paid for my uniform already so I have to stay now. I can't talk to my parents because they think I'm lazy and that doing track is a good idea. I don't even feel like I'm getting better and usually before we do a big run I start hyperventilating. I just need help. Any advice on what I should do?

I like this guy, let's call him Rory because I like that name. Yes i'm a whovian, but let's get to the point. Rory sits in front of me in Spanish class and he is very flirty. I put my feet on his chair and bounce my legs to annoy him, like an immature girl should. He sometimes puts his hand on my leg to "calm me down". He does that stupid guy thing wear he stretched out way too much and is all up on top me, but the one thing he does is say "I love you" out of nowhere and that makes the butterflies in my stomach do loop-de-loops. I never know what to do so like an idiot i just sit there smiling or I playfully go "me too". What should I do next time? Oh, and I want to ask him out this Friday, but should I get friends to come so it's casual or should we go by ourselves? I'm just a confused little girl with boy problems, so HELP ME OUT.

I'm a middle school student in the 8th grade. In this past week I've been having dreams about math and my math teacher. I'm a female and so is she. I had a dream where I was sneaking into her house. In another dream, I was in her math class.(By the way I really dislike her and math class I am also terrible in math) The latest dream I had was when I was back in my old school in 6th grade and in the dream world home room we were reviewing algebraic expressions, which I dislike the most. I'm just curious about my dreams so a response would be nice.

So I go to a prep school that requires a uniform. I take part in the Gothic Subculture and I would like to know how i can continue to look goth not just outside, but inside my school. My uniform t-shirt colors are white and forest green. The pants are beige or navy blue and I can wear skirts and shorts. I can also wear a hoodie if it has the logo of my school or if its forest green. We are allowed to wear jewelry, make-up, any other accessories or paint my nails. Also, my shoes need to be black, brown, or beige.

So i just want a good place to go on a first date... somewhere casual?

so i like this guy. he's in my class and sometimes we sit next to each other. i try flirting and he smiles sometimes. i really like him and my best friend knows and we talk about him sometimes . i don't know if he likes me back. i don't want to ruin our friendship and i want to ask him out. if or when i ask him out, i want to be friendly and cute doing it. does anyone have any ideas on asking a guy out in a cute or creative way?
