  • after the break-up....?

    I was in a 2yr relationship with what I believed to be a great guy...needless to say it's over, it was a work relationship also. I shouldn't have given it a chance since it was on the job. He accused me so much- instead of comforting he showed insecurities etc. This didn't come into the relation til this year. My question is, how do you abandon hatred from your heart from a once loved individual?
